Job Overview

The Associate Manager, Digital Properties serves as a Digital Product Manager responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of owned digital experiences across brand websites and mobile applications. This role partners closely with Brand, IT, and channel stakeholders (Organic Search, CRM, Paid Media, and Organic Social) to deliver high-performing, guest-centric digital experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and business growth. The role owns the prioritization and delivery of digital enhancements, ensuring seamless integration of marketing campaigns, technical capabilities, and data-driven optimizations across all digital touchpoints.

Roles And Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Own and maintain the digital product roadmap for brand websites and mobile applications
  • Translate brand strategies and marketing priorities into digital product features, enhancements, and experiences
  • Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on guest impact, business value, and technical feasibility
  • Identify opportunities to improve the digital experience through innovation, industry trends, and competitive insights
Customer Journey Ownership
  • Ensure seamless, consistent experiences across all entry points, including:
  • Organic Search landing pages
  • Paid media campaigns
  • Email/CRM journeys
  • Organic Social traffic
  • Advocate for the guest by ensuring experiences are intuitive, performant, and aligned to brand standards
Marketing Campaign Enablement
  • Partner with Digital Brand Managers to bring campaigns to life on digital properties
  • Ensure all campaign experiences are:
  • Technically sound
  • Optimized for engagement and conversion
  • Delivered on time and aligned to marketing objectives
  • Provide strategic recommendations on digital experience design and execution for campaigns
Channel Partner Integration
  • Serve as the primary digital product partner to Organic Search, Email/CRM, Paid Media, and Organic Social teams
  • Ensure proper alignment across:
  • Landing page strategy and experience design
  • Campaign tagging and tracking
  • Conversion optimization opportunities
  • Act as the central intake and prioritization point for digital requests from channel teams
Performance, Analytics & Optimization
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital products (e.g., engagement, conversion, traffic quality)
  • Leverage Google Analytics to:
  • Inform product decisions
  • Identify optimization opportunities
  • Lead or support A/B testing and experimentation efforts to improve digital performance
  • Partner with analytics teams to ensure proper measurement frameworks are in place
Partner with IT as the product delivery team
  • Partner closely with IT as the product delivery team to execute the digital roadmap
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Additional Responsibilities
  • Monitor platform health, including site performance, speed, and functionality
  • Lead identification and resolution of critical issues and defects impacting guest experience
  • Continuously improve processes for cross-functional collaboration and execution efficiency
  • Drive alignment between competing priorities (Brand vs. Tech vs. Performance)
  • Takes on and completes special projects as requested
  • Leads and develops direct reports as assigned
  • Provide on-call support for critical digital incidents impacting guest experience or revenue
Required Technical Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, digital marketing, or web/mobile platforms
  • Strong experience managing websites and/or mobile applications in a high-volume environment
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with Marketing, IT, and external partners
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes
  • Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, APIs)
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics)
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Contentstack & Commerce Tools)
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, tagging strategies, and campaign tracking
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Wrike, Azure DevOps)
  • Familiarity with testing and optimization tools (e.g., Optimizely) is a plus
  • Solid understanding of mobile-first design principles and UX best practices
Required Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, Technology, or related field required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, CPG, or agency environments
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing ecosystems
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and guest-centric experiences
