Job summary

Regis Corporation seeks a Digital Experience & Website Manager to own end-to-end digital experiences across our brand websites and apps. You will manage analytics, testing, and optimization, partnering with Marketing, IT, Loyalty, and Operations to drive measurable guest outcomes.

The role starts as a 6-month contract-to-hire with the goal of permanent employment, focusing on data-driven improvements, audience-centric design, and privacy-compliant measurement practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in digital marketing, website strategy, or web analytics.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and analytics frameworks.
• Strong SEO, UX, and conversion optimization knowledge.
• Proven ability to translate data into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end website experiences and guest journeys.
• Lead digital optimization across websites, apps, and loyalty touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Loyalty, and Operations.
• Develop and manage an experimentation roadmap (A/B and multivariate).
• Ensure measurement accuracy and privacy compliance.
