Quorum Hospitality is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own digital performance across its multi-brand hotel portfolio, driving direct bookings through SEO and paid media.

You'll collaborate with the Director of Marketing, GMs, sales teams, and agencies to optimize brand.com, property sites, and OTA content, while managing budgets and performance dashboards. Remote-friendly with quarterly travel to Newport Beach, CA; availability to work in Pacific/Central Time hours.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in hospitality or multi-location services.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and CMS (WordPress).
• Familiarity with hotel brand digital ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Bachelor level degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own digital performance across the hotel portfolio, from websites to paid media to organic search.
• Manage day-to-day content updates and performance of property, corporate, and restaurant websites.
• Coordinate with brand digital teams and vendors on content, imagery, and merchandising for each property.
• Monitor site analytics and report traffic, conversion, and direct bookings metrics.
• Develop and execute SEO strategy across all properties, including local SEO and rankings.
