Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager to own the website and customer portals, delivering intuitive, customer-centric experiences that help customers find information, manage orders, track status, and complete self-service activities online.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, UX, Analytics, and Technology to optimize journeys, improve adoption, and reduce service contacts while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing enterprise websites, ecommerce platforms, or digital portals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platforms.
• Strong familiarity with web analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics, Mouseflow).
• Proven SEO strategies and emerging AEO best practices.
• Leveraging customer insights to drive measurable outcomes.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage website content, navigation, information architecture, and site structure for a customer-centric experience.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve content, communications, banners, landing pages, and self-service experiences.
• Enhance customer journeys for finding information, managing orders, reordering, tracking status, and self-service tasks.
• Optimize site for patients, caregivers, clinicians, and payors.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support lead generation, referrals, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Partner with Operations and Revenue Cycle teams to reduce pain points and improve efficiency.
• Be the voice of customers to ensure campaigns and content meet needs and deliver a superior experience.
• Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies to boost visibility and engagement.
• Oversee analytics tagging, consent, and compliance tools (GA4, GTM, Freshpaint, Osano).
• Analyze performance metrics to produce actionable insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with legal and privacy teams to meet HIPAA/ADA requirements.
