Job summary

Stryker in Illinois seeks a Digital Communications Associate Manager to lead the division’s LinkedIn strategy, partnering with Marketing Communications and Product Brand teams to strengthen brand equity and drive campaigns. You will oversee content development, analytics, and digital channels, champion new platforms, and translate results into actionable insights for stakeholders.

This is a role centered on strategic storytelling and digital transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
6+ years of professional work experience.
2+ years of experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics and native social media analytics.
2+ years of experience with CMS and other digital platforms.
2+ years of exp running paid media in LinkedIn Ads Manager and Google Ads.
2+ years of experience scheduling, tagging and reporting on content through HootSuite or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the division’s LinkedIn social media strategy.
Partner with Marketing Communications and Product Brand teams to align with omni-channel plans.
Oversee content development and approval processes for digital assets.
