Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Digital Communications Associate Manager to lead the division’s LinkedIn strategy and digital initiatives. You will partner with Marketing Communications, Product Brand teams, and IT to align omni-channel plans, develop content, and drive measurable engagement across digital channels.

In this role you will oversee digital platforms, optimize the customer journey, and champion digital transformation with a focus on ROI and organizational awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of professional work experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics and native social media analytics.
• 2+ years of experience with CMS and other digital platforms.
• 2+ years of exp running paid media in LinkedIn Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• 2+ years of experience scheduling, tagging and reporting on content through HootSuite, or similar social media management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the division’s LinkedIn social media strategy.
• Partner with Marketing Communications and Product Brand teams to align digital channels with broader strategies.
• Develop digital experiences and customer journeys across channels to engage and convert.
• Analyze market trends and opportunities to improve customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital marketing ROI initiatives.
• Maintain and optimize divisional presence on company site and ensure brand consistency.
