Stryker is seeking an Associate Manager, CRM & Marketing Automation to own global customer engagement programs across the lifecycle, from lead generation through reactivation, in a role that partners with marcom, sales, and digital teams.

You will manage email programs, customer journey orchestration, lead management, and marketing automation, while collaborating across web, SEO/SEM, analytics, and paid media to ensure a connected digital ecosystem.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in IT, CRM, or digital marketing.
• 4+ years with email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
• 3+ years experience with Marketo.
• Proficient in marketing automation tech.
• Proficient in mobile/responsive email design.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, Marketo and Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end customer lifecycle optimization across regions.
• Design, build, and manage scalable customer journeys and nurture programs.
• Develop lead management and sales-readiness strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Lead strategy and optimization of email marketing campaigns including testing.
• Collaborate across digital marketing channels to ensure a connected ecosystem.
• Ensure data quality, segmentation, compliance, and governance in CRM.
• Analyze funnel performance and report insights to improve ROI.
• Translate data into executive dashboards and recommendations across marketing.
