Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to type 35+ WPM and use MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to incoming chat, email, and SMS in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain complete histories.
• Respond quickly in a fast-paced environment with changing processes and policies.
• Balance customer satisfaction with company policies and business objectives.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to management.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Complete and submit daily productivity reports.
• Attend team meetings to stay aligned with policies and initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
