Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a Digital Collaboration & AI Lead to direct the strategy, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of the firm's digital collaboration, productivity, automation, and Microsoft 365/Azure AI platforms. The role bridges business stakeholders, legal groups, operations, and security to ensure initiatives deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise technology programs, digital workplace initiatives, or collaboration platforms.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, or AI-related initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology and business transformation projects.
• Experience managing vendors, consulting partners, and strategic technology relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for the firm's digital collaboration, productivity, automation, and AI platforms.
• Partner with business leaders and IT to identify opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to support innovation and align investments with objectives.
• Lead enterprise programs related to Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint Online, and AI technologies.
• Establish governance frameworks, metrics, reporting, and executive communication.
