Job summary

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks a Manager of Knowledge Design & Integration to lead knowledge systems and AI-enabled initiatives across multiple U.S. offices, including Seattle, NYC, and DC. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and scaling knowledge platforms and workflows that support legal practices.

You will mentor teams, manage change, and partner with business leaders to drive adoption, measure impact, and ensure data quality and governance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in knowledge management and/or legal knowledge/information systems.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, intranet/extranet solutions, and data visualization or reporting tools.
• Familiarity with automation platforms, AI-enabled tools, or low-code/no-code solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, design, and support AI-enabled knowledge solutions and automated workflows in partnership with Innovation teams.
• Guide teams through change driven by AI and emerging knowledge technologies.
• Promote a product-oriented mindset to design and scale knowledge tools.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities to staff.
• Balance workloads and align responsibilities with skills and capacity.
• Assist in performance management and hiring decisions.
