Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Sr. Manager, Collaboration & Digital Experience to lead our AI enablement programs and oversee Unified Communications, telephony, and mobility. You will guide MS 365 use, Copilot adoption, and device strategy while managing 1–2 team members and vendors.

Some after-hours work and travel are required. You will drive collaboration across Teams/SharePoint, manage migrations, and set the digital workplace direction from onboarding to daily tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in IT with depth in collaboration platforms, digital experience, and AI/automation.
• Proven track record in AI/Copilot adoption and device strategy.
• Comfort leading UC/telephony/mobility teams, even without hands-on engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Own collaboration strategy for Teams, SharePoint, and messaging; ensure frictionless communication and knowledge sharing.
• Lead migration from legacy file servers to SharePoint; train users and drive adoption.
• Define digital workplace experience from onboarding to daily tool usage; monitor adoption feedback.
• Build and own AI/automation strategy for end users (Copilot, workflows).
• Set device strategy for laptops, mobile, endpoints; manage provisioning and lifecycle.
