Job summary

GHD in California is seeking a Manager of the Workplace Technology to own the strategy and daily experience of the digital workplace for all employees. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead three teams—Device Management; Cloud Compute & Virtual Environments; and Digital Workspaces & Collaboration—driving Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption.

You will shape a three‑year AI‑augmented roadmap, establish a digital employee experience metric, and partner across Cyber and Platform to secure workspace

Qualifications

• 10+ years in end user computing at enterprise scale.
• Expertise with Windows, macOS, mobile, BYOD and VDI/DaaS.
• Experience leading Copilot or digital workplace transformation.
• Proven DEX measurement program experience and change leadership.
• Commercial focus on productivity and cost per user.
• Active use of AI tools to drive change.
• MD-102/MS-102 required; AZ-140 and Copilot/AI certs desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end user compute strategy and a three‑year AI‑augmented roadmap.
• Lead three sub‑teams across geographies and stand up Digital Workspaces & Collaboration.
• Drive M365 Copilot enterprise adoption and process redesign.
• Establish a digital employee experience measurement framework.
• Manage device lifecycle, Azure Virtual Desktop and Nerdio estate; govern costs.
• Prepare environment for AI agents; partner on workspace security.
• Represent the digital workplace at IS Leadership Team; collaborate with Microsoft on Copilot/Windows AI roadmap.
