Job summary

T&M Associates is seeking a Director of Business Technology to lead the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and AI initiatives from Bloomfield, NJ, with a flexible hybrid model that supports remote work and in-office collaboration.

The role oversees Digital Solutions & Innovation, guiding SharePoint modernization, Copilot adoption, and governance, while partnering with IT and business teams to raise productivity and security standards.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 platform administration, digital workplace technologies, or enterprise collaboration platforms.
Experience leading technical teams while remaining hands-on in technical delivery.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft 365 governance.
Experience leading enterprise platform implementations or modernization initiatives highly desired.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Digital Solutions team, including management of the Software Engineering Manager.
Establish team priorities and balance project work with ongoing operational support.
Own the Microsoft 365 productivity platform, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related governance.
Personally lead and deliver enterprise initiatives such as SharePoint migration, Microsoft Copilot deployment, and Microsoft 365 modernization.
