Job summary

T&M Associates is seeking a Director of Business Technology to own the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and drive AI adoption. You will lead the Digital Solutions & Innovation team, guide governance of SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform, and deliver modernization initiatives while working with IT and business partners.

You will balance hands-on delivery with team leadership, help improve employee productivity, and promote a modern digital workplace across multiple NJ and PA offices in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 10+ years with Microsoft 365 platform administration or enterprise collaboration tech.
• Experience leading technical teams while delivering hands-on solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Copilot and governance.
• Experience with enterprise platform modernization and Dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Digital Solutions team, including management of the Software Engineering Manager.
• Establish priorities and balance project work with operational support.
• Own the Microsoft 365 platform governance, including SharePoint Online and related tools.
• Deliver enterprise initiatives such as SharePoint migration, Copilot deployment, and modernization.
• Create governance around Power Automate and Power BI; design and maintain workflows.
• Develop standards and best practices for Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Drive user adoption via training, communications, and change management.
• Collaborate with IT, Design Technology and Process Automation teams on security and governance.
• Monitor usage metrics to guide future technology investments.
