Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Collaboration and Digital Experience to lead our collaboration, digital experience, and AI enablement programs. You will oversee Unified Communications, telephony, and mobility, and manage a small team.

The role involves partnering with senior leaders and driving adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and other AI tools. You will set device strategy, manage vendors, and ensure governance and security across collaboration, AI, UC, and mobility.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT with depth in collaboration platforms, digital experience, and AI/automation.
Track record of driving AI/Copilot adoption and setting device strategy.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange) and Copilot; familiar with Cisco UC and cloud UCaaS platforms.
Leadership, project management, and vendor management skills; able to work with executives.

Responsibilities

Own the collaboration strategy for Teams, SharePoint, and messaging.
Lead migration from legacy file servers to SharePoint and drive adoption programs.
Set the end-user device strategy and lifecycle planning.
Oversee UC, telephony, and mobility with the technical team; ensure security and governance policies.
