Job summary

IMG LIVE is seeking an AI and Digital Workplace Engineer to own the AI-enabled productivity and collaboration experience across the enterprise. You will engineer Entra ID, endpoint management, and M365 services while integrating AI tooling and automations to improve service delivery.

You will lead AI governance, incident response, and continual improvement across the digital workplace, coordinating with security and compliance teams to enforce AI policies and risk management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience in digital workplace, productivity platforms, or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital workplace platform engineering: identity, endpoint, and M365 engineering; manage Entra ID and related governance.
• Operational Excellence: incident response, blameless post‑mortems, problem management, and continual service improvement.
• AI‑Enabled Digital Workplace Engineering: lead AI capabilities in productivity platforms and governance.
• IT Automation & AI Adoption: design AI-driven automation for IT services and adoption across the organization.
• AI Governance, Security & Compliance: partner with cybersecurity and compliance to operationalize AI policy.
• AI Fluency & Enablement: coach IT staff and build a community of practice around AI usage.
