Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks a Digital Support Specialist to assist consumer, small business, and commercial banking clients across phone, chat, and secure messaging. You will guide customers through online banking, resolve account issues, and ensure efficient service in a fully remote setting.

You will review banking applications, uphold KYC/CIP and BSA/AML requirements, and collaborate in a fast-paced contact center to deliver accurate, secure resolutions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a financial institution, contact center or customer service.
• Familiarity with banking compliance: KYC, CIP, BSA/AML is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to navigate multiple software applications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, chat, secure messaging for retail and business banking clients.
• Assist with online/mobile banking access, password resets, and account research.
• Support small business and commercial customers with digital banking access and basic inquiries.
• Review retail and business account applications per onboarding procedures and compliance.
