Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling enterprise Digital Asset Management platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of licensing, DRM, and usage rights compliance.
  • Strong experience with Google Workspace for reporting and tracking.
  • Proven ability to drive tool adoption and lead training across teams.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal creative teams, production houses, and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end DAM program management, including asset uploads/downloads by marketers and external partners.
  • Lead process discovery and optimization to improve tool efficiency and user adoption.
  • Coordinate with legal, production, marketing, and vendors to ensure asset governance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on the DAM tool and rights management.
  • Enforce licensing and rights management policies across distributed assets.
  • Streamline workflows for asset ingestion and distribution, reducing bottlenecks.
  • Drive continuous improvement and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
