Job summary

HH Global is seeking an experienced DAM Program Manager to optimize asset distribution, licensing, and rights management across global campaigns. You will lead cross-functional training and collaborate with legal, production, and external partners to ensure compliant asset workflows.

Remote role in the United States, requiring 6+ years in enterprise DAM, with a strong focus on process improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

Six plus years of hands-on experience managing and scaling enterprise DAM platforms.
Deep knowledge of asset licensing, DRM and usage rights compliance.
Fluent with Google Workspace for stakeholder reporting and tracking.
Proven change management and training delivery across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

End-to-End DAM program management across asset uploads and downloads.
Lead process discovery to optimize DAM workflows and adoption.
Coordinate across legal, production, marketing and vendors for asset governance.
Manage external vendors and retailers to ensure compliant asset delivery.
Develop and deliver internal and partner training on DAM and rights management.
Enforce licensing and rights policies for all assets.
Create streamlined workflows and reduce bottlenecks in ingestion and distribution.
Ensure stakeholder satisfaction with easy-to-use processes.
Uphold compliance and governance across distributed assets.
