Job summary

This role leads system improvements, coordinates with agencies and internal partners, and champions scalable asset governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a Digital Asset Management system (Brandfolder).
• Ability to coordinate assets with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to metadata and naming conventions.
• Experience tagging metadata and managing asset rights/usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset requests and fulfillment across departments.
• Coordinate asset delivery with internal teams and external agencies.
• Maintain Brandfolder structure and ensure timely updates.
• Tag metadata, organize assets, and ensure easy searchability.
• Monitor rights/permissions and compliance with usage terms.
• Generate reports on asset usage and performance.
