Job summary

Chase Content, part of Card and Connected Commerce, seeks a Senior Associate, Digital Asset Manager to lead DAM strategy and operations. You will manage ingestion, metadata, and optimization, collaborating with creative, legal, and external partners to safeguard asset quality and risk controls.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in DAM, strong stakeholder management and expertise with Adobe tools. This role supports content production across web, print, email and multimedia channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DAM system management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of asset management standards (usage rights, file types, tracking processes).
• Ability to develop new processes and evolve workflows for a growing library.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite: Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Bridge.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize a DAM system and processes for creative post-production and asset management across lines of business.
• Support photo + video teams with asset ingest, metadata input/tracking, and day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with the DAM supplier to improve the asset library ahead of product updates.
• Train new users to use the DAM system efficiently.
• Coordinate with external partners for asset pulls and optimization.
• Work with legal and compliance to mitigate publication risk.
• Partner with creative directors to ensure brand standards in deliverables.
• Operate with minimal direction and exercise independent judgment.
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
