Ladders is seeking a Digital Application Analyst III for a leading healthcare organization. This hands-on role supports development, optimization, and technical upkeep of assigned applications in a complex healthcare environment, with remote work options.

Collaborate across teams to maintain functionality, contribute to build/patching activities, and ensure systems align with operational goals, balancing technical delivery with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of recent relevant experience in application development and support.
• Certification or proficiency in assigned area of responsibility upon hire, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and technical support of assigned applications
• Develop and optimize applications to meet operational goals
• Collaborate across teams to support application development without direct supervision
• Maintain assigned application areas and ensure their functionality
• Participate in server and application build and patching processes
