Remote role for US/Canada/South Africa, requiring 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, agency experience, and clear English on live calls. You will drive campaign growth and client success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with real client results.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Fluent English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft.
• Plan budgets, bids, targeting, testing, and pausing underperforming campaigns.
• Set up conversion tracking, attribution with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and present results on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
