Blacksmith Agency is a AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

Requirements include 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta management, agency experience across multiple clients, and clear spoken English with US clients. This is a full-time remote position open to Canada, South Africa, or USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement across clients.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Excellent spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Lead the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps and report the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
