Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound phone sales experience.
• Proven experience selling digital advertising over the phone.
• Ability to explain digital metrics (impressions, CTR, CPM) clearly.
• Track record of meeting quotas in a high-volume sales role.
• Self-motivated with proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to business owners and decision makers.
• Present and sell DigitalBoost, FindLocal, and LoyaltyShark packages.
• Convert warm leads from existing customers.
• Explain programmatic display advertising, targeting, and performance measures.
• Use dashboards and attribution data to close deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly quotas for new digital revenue.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM activity.
• Collaborate with the Digital Readiness Champion on handoffs.
