Job summary

Cleaning in Motion is seeking a talented designer to craft compelling visuals and digital assets for our brand and clients. You will translate client stories into engaging web, social, and marketing designs, ensuring clear communication of values through UI and creative storytelling.

Responsibilities include creating wireframes and site maps, designing paid ads, and leading optimization using A/B testing and heatmaps.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work for web, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for digital media.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Come up with creative ideas for paid advertising campaigns and design the ads.
• Lead and implement optimization strategies using A/B testing software, heatmaps, and other UX research tools.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Ops on creative strategy, execution, and site production
