Job summary

Level Agency is a remote-first performance marketing agency hiring a Designer to create digital-first visual content across paid ads, social, landing pages, and email that aligns with client brands and drives real business outcomes.

You'll work both independently and with strategists, copywriters, art directors, and developers, leveraging AI tools to move faster, iterate smarter, and test more.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4+ years of experience or equivalent education.
• Strong portfolio of digital ad design and branding work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Familiarity with AI tools in design workflows.
• Understanding of digital ad formats and platform best practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual design work from concept through final delivery across digital formats.
• Design creative for major ad platforms with a performance-first mindset.
• Apply brand guidelines and best practices across all assets.
• Take projects from idea to completion, collaborating with strategists, writers, and developers.
• Take direction and feedback from senior creatives and apply it to your work.
• Partner with client services, strategy, and media to support campaign goals.
• Support quick-turn requests, including resizing and asset cleanup.
• Use data and feedback to refine designs after launch.
• Use AI tools as part of your workflow for rapid concepting and iteration.
• Stay current on design trends and platform updates.
