Job summary

Cumulus Media is seeking a Digital Account Manager for our Digital Sales Operations team. This fully remote (US-based) role focuses on managing and growing client relationships while driving high-quality digital campaigns across audio streaming, podcasts, display, programmatic, email, and social channels.

You will guide strategy, present media plans, monitor performance, and collaborate across internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes and renewals with client success at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with focus on account management.
• Solid working knowledge of digital marketing channels incl. SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and/or programmatic buying.
• Hands-on familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, or programmatic DSPs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns across Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, DSPs, and other paid media tech.

Responsibilities

• Guide operations and sales teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet costs and KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients as primary digital marketing contact.
• Execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Manage organization, process, and delivery of digital campaigns within budget and on time.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative strategies and solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular client reports.
