Job summary

Fight or Flight is seeking an Account Manager, Digital to lead day-to-day delivery on North America digital accounts. You will shape organic and paid media strategy, oversee timelines, and guide a remote-first team across the country.

You will develop content strategies for B2B brands, manage LinkedIn and other channels, coordinate with designers and influencers, and deliver clear reporting showing how social and paid efforts drive client results.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing B2B client accounts and delivering organic social programs and paid media campaigns.
• 3–5 years in B2B or corporate communications, social or digital marketing; agency experience preferred.
• Strong ability to present performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with paid social platforms and reporting, including budget management.
• Strong copywriting and content instincts for engaging social content.
• Experience working with leadership on social media profile building.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day lead for digital accounts, owning delivery and timelines.
• Counsel clients on organic social and paid media strategy and be the primary contact.
• Develop content strategies and calendars for B2B brands, focusing on LinkedIn and new channels.
• Plan, launch and optimize paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube) with budget oversight.
• Coordinate organic and paid efforts to amplify content and inform the roadmap.
• Write and edit copy for organic posts, ads, and assets across channels.
• Manage community engagement and social listening tools and derive insights.
• Brief and manage designers, content creators, and influencers.
• Deliver reporting tying social/paid to client goals with next steps.
