Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships across assigned accounts.
• Support onboarding and project setup for new engagements.
• Translate client briefs into clear, structured deliverables.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple project types: social content, copywriting, digital creative, landing pages.
• Track timelines, milestones and delivery progress; ensure quality and deadlines.
• Escalate risks or delivery issues when needed.
