HUB International is hiring a Digital Account Manager in the United States. You will manage commercial client accounts, renewals, and carrier partnerships while delivering high service standards. This role emphasizes strategic coverage, cross-selling, and proactive account growth.

The position supports flexible locations across the US, with emphasis on independent, proactive service and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive client success and retention.

Competenze

• 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
• Familiar with Customer Account Servicing
• Demonstrated success in customer service skills
• Ability to manage complex accounts under tight timeframes
• Ability to follow and improve processes to increase efficiency
• Independent worker with initiative and accountability

Mansioni

• Independently manages accounts daily, coordinates services, answers questions, and resolves problems
• negotiates carrier coverage based on client needs for new and renewal business and maintains relationships with product managers
• Resolves moderate to complex customer service issues, including coverage and billing discrepancies
• Ensures policy terms and coverage presented are properly implemented for insured clients
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities and expands accounts by addressing gaps in coverage
• Keeps up-to-date on carrier underwriting trends to negotiate best coverage for clients
• Understands assigned accounts to provide proper advice for changing situations
• Collaborates with Associate Account Managers to complete renewal documentation and client tasks
