Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in account management or service.
• Active Property & Casualty license; or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Excellent customer service and proactive relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of commercial lines accounts and service client needs.
• Market to carriers, prepare quotes and proposals, respond to inquiries (email/phone).
• Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders; ensure accuracy of policies and endorsements.
