Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Digital Account Manager to oversee commercial client relationships, retain new and renewal business, and coordinate with carriers to secure optimal coverage. The role requires strong client service, negotiation, and independent work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Location flexibility across the US with a focus on delivering high-value service, cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
• Familiar with Customer Account Servicing.
• Demonstrated success in customer service skills.
• Highest level technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and execute client requests on time.
• Ability to manage complex accounts under tight timeframes.
• Ability to follow and improve processes to increase efficiency.
• Ability to work independently using education and professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages accounts day-to-day; coordinates services and resolves problems.
• Negotiates carrier coverage for new and renewal business; maintains carrier relationships.
• Resolves moderate to complex customer service issues, including coverage and billing discrepancies.
• Ensures insurance policy terms and coverages are accurately prepared and delivered.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities and expands existing accounts.
• Keeps abreast of industry trends in underwriting, pricing, and coverage.
• Provides advice on changes in client accounts and coverage.
• Collaborates with Associate Account Managers to complete renewal tasks.
