Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice focused on women’s health, pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics and midlife care. We expand our network of registered dietitians to deliver compassionate, evidence‑based nutrition via telehealth with schedule autonomy within a multidisciplinary care model.

You’ll conduct one‑on‑one video visits, collaborate with a medical provider and therapist, and guide patients through multi‑week programs to support metabolic, bone, and gut health.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) with a state license.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive, holistic care plan.
• Partner with patients over multi-week program formats to support sustainable lifestyle changes and symptom management.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits.
