Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert virtual nutrition care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and empower patients with multi-week, sustainable lifestyle changes.

The role is a 1099 independent contractor with a flexible schedule, focusing on evidence-based nutrition therapy and comprehensive care within Pomelo's women-centric program.

Formación

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RD/N) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients experiencing midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan that drives patient outcomes.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program format to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes and manage symptoms.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
