Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice focused on women’s and children’s health, delivering care across pregnancy, postpartum and menopause. We are expanding our network of registered dietitians to provide specialized virtual nutrition care for perimenopause and menopause transitions.

You will conduct video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs, offering evidence-based nutrition therapy while maintaining documentation and

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) by the CDR with licensure in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and excellent communication with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Offer multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes and symptom management.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
