Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering care for women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We are expanding our network of registered dietitians to offer holistic, virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions.

You will set your own schedule while collaborating with a multi-specialty care team to deliver evidenced-based nutrition therapy.

Qualifications

• National certification as RD or RDN with license to practice in any US state.
• Candidates licensed in multiple states encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and excellent communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic, bone, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
