Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Licensure as an RD/RDN by the CDR in any US state.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, EMR, and video conferencing.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Engage patients over a multi-week program to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits conducted via Pomelo platform.
