Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice focused on women and children, offering care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We deliver evidence-based nutrition therapy via telehealth to support midlife and menopausal patients.

You will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs to foster lasting lifestyle changes while documenting thoroughly and maintaining privacy

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD or RDN with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutrition care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team including medical providers and therapists.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for all Pomelo visits.
