This independent contractor role focuses on synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife and menopause, delivering personalized virtual nutrition care, and supporting multi-week behavior change programs.

Qualifications

• Telehealth and video conference comfort.
• Ability to work independently during patient visits.
• Strong clinical judgment for nutrition therapy in midlife and menopause.
• Willingness to enroll with commercial health plans through Pomelo (credentialing).
• Excellent documentation and privacy/compliance adherence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits for midlife/menopause nutrition care.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care by phone/video to support lifestyle change.
• Work with patients in multi-week programs for symptom improvement.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and compliant records.
• Follow Pomelo clinical and documentation standards for visits.
