Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering care for women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, and midlife transitions. This independent contractor role focuses on synchronous nutrition visits for midlife and menopause; you will work remotely with flexible hours and support from Pomelo in credentialing, billing, and scheduling.

You’ll conduct video visits, provide tailored nutrition care, and participate in a multi-week program to help patients achieve symptom

Qualifications

National certification as a registered dietitian (RD) or registered dietitian/nutritionist (RDN) with license to practice in Indiana.
Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
Minimum 3 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition therapy for metabolic syndrome, weight loss, osteopenia/osteoporosis, GI concerns, and plant-forward diets.

Responsibilities

Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife and menopause transitions.
Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video to support lifestyle change.
Work with patients in a multi-week program to improve symptoms and promote sustained behavior change.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
Follow applicable clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
