Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice focused on women and children, offering care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. Dietitians join as independent contractors to deliver virtual nutrition visits through Pomelo’s network, with client matching and billing support.

You will conduct synchronous visits, provide RD-led nutrition care, and engage in multi-week programs while maintaining documentation and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• National certification as a registered dietitian (RD) or registered dietitian/nutritionist (RDN) with license to practice in Indiana
• Ability to commit for a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week
• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition therapy for conditions such as metabolic syndrome, weight management, osteopenia/osteoporosis, gut health, and plant-forward diets

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video calls to support lifestyle changes
• Work within multi-week programs to support symptom improvement and long-term behavioral change
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Follow applicable clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits
