Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice focusing on women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We offer flexible, independent contractor telehealth nutrition visits to support midlife patients in a multi-week program.

You’ll partner with a multidisciplinary team, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure privacy and compliance across visits. As part of Pomelo’s network, you’ll have client matching, billing and administrative support,

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification with Indiana license.
• Minimum 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• At least 3 years of evidence-based nutrition therapy experience.
• Plant-forward/anti-inflammatory diet experience and GI health exposure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video calls.
• Work with patients in multi-week programs to support symptom improvement and behavior change.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Follow clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
