Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver synchronous, video-based nutrition care for midlife and menopause transitions. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and no employee benefits.

You will conduct one-on-one virtual visits, document thoroughly, and work within a multi-week program format to support symptom improvement while maintaining high standards for privacy and clinical compliance.

Qualifications

• National certification as a RD or RD/Nutritionist with license to practice in Indiana.
• Ability to commit for a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition therapy for conditions like metabolic syndrome, weight management, osteoporosis, gut health, and plant-forward diets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with midlife, perimenopause, and menopause patients.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video calls.
• Engage in multi-week program format to support symptom improvement and sustained behavior change.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Follow privacy, quality, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
