Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering care to women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We are expanding our network of Registered Dietitians to provide expert, compassionate virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions.

You will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a multi-specialty team, and support patients through multi-week programs with evidence-based nutrition therapy.

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification with licensure to practice in any US state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR systems.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to facilitate lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits on Pomelo platform.
