Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering nutrition care for women through midlife, pregnancy, and pediatrics. This 1099 independent contractor role requires a licensed RD/RDN and a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.

You will conduct synchronous video visits, offer personalized nutrition guidance, and work within a multi-week program to improve symptoms while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD or RDN with licensure to practice in Indiana
• Ability to commit a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week
• 3+ years of evidence-based nutrition therapy experience
• Experience with metabolic syndrome, weight management, osteoporosis, gut health, and elimination diets
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video to support lifestyle changes
• Work with patients in a multi-week program to improve symptoms and behavior change
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Follow clinical, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits
