Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice focused on women and children. We are expanding our network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual nutrition care for perimenopause and menopause transitions, with the autonomy to set your own schedule while collaborating within a multi-specialty care model.

You will conduct synchronous video visits, provide evidence-based nutrition therapy, document accurately, and uphold privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) with a license to practice in any US state.
• Candidates licensed in multiple states are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication, with a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to drive sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for visits conducted via Pomelo platform.
