Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. By joining Pomelo, you will have the autonomy to set your own schedule while being part of our multi-specialty care model.

You will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focused on metabolic health and bone health.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) with a US-state license.
• Candidates licensed in multiple states encouraged.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong independence and collaborative communication for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Manage multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic, bone, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
