Job summary

LGC Clinical Diagnostics, part of the LGC Group, is seeking an Account Manager for day-to-day sales operations within an assigned US territory. This remote, home-based role focuses on our diagnostic and genomics product lines and building long-term relationships with end-user accounts.

You will develop consultative relationships, meet monthly and quarterly sales goals, and coordinate with marketing, service, logistics and technical support teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clinical laboratory testing and supporting tech.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop consultative relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Maintain understanding of products and their clinical relevance.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, service, and logistics.
• Proactively assess and clarify customer needs; update CRM data.
• Attend tradeshows in or out of territory as requested.
