Job summary

OGT, a leading global provider of clinical and diagnostic genomic solutions, is seeking an Account Manager for the North American market. You will drive revenue growth by building strategic partnerships with clinical laboratories, academic medical centers, cancer centers, and health systems implementing NGS programs.

Remote-based role covering states west of the Mississippi, with responsibility for territory planning, account strategy, pipeline development and executive stakeholder engagement to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience in molecular diagnostics, NGS, genomics, or precision medicine.
• Strong verbal communication and targeted presentation skills.
• Experience selling into clinical laboratories and health systems.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Higher degree in molecular biology or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM for lead, opportunity tracking and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop comprehensive territory business plans focused on strategic account development and long-term growth.
• Map accounts identifying executive sponsors, laboratory leadership and key stakeholders.
• Generate and qualify new opportunities through prospecting, conferences, and referrals.
• Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple decision makers.
• Develop executive-level business cases demonstrating value.
